Shelter Promise Program — Private School Pups

A partnership between Private School Pups, Franklin County Dog Shelter, Shelter Promise Program helps support rescue dogs adopted through county shelters by providing training resources and financial help for select dogs in need. This program targets lovable dogs who have been returned more than once (no fault of their own!) who need a little extra training help to settle into their furever homes.
